No parties, gatherings or functions, please.

Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

Please manage rubbish and recycling as per the instructions laid out later in this guide.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Accidents happen – please advise us as soon as possible of any breakages, spills or other mishaps.

On check-out please ensure :

 All keys have been returned to their correct location

 All the windows are closed

 All TV remote controls are visible near the TV

 All the lights and electrical appliances are off

 All rubbish has been disposed of

 You leave the property clean and tidy

 All heating thermostats are set to 15 degrees

 Used towels are in the bathtub

Public Transportation

There is a bus station and train station a short drive away in Wellington town Centre. From here, frequent services take you to Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and Birmingham.
